Many disinfectants are unable to penetrate oils, fats and protein based materials and cannot disinfect effectively in areas where these are present. Biocleanse™ cuts through contaminants, lifting them from surfaces and leaving a physically clean and disinfected surface in a single operation.
Biocleanse™ delivers effective cleaning with proven efficacy against a wide spectrum of pathogenic micro-organisms including bacteria, viruses, spores, moulds and fungi:
| MRSA | Avlan Flu | Enterococcus Hirae |
| C: Difficile (Spores) | Mycobacterium Terrae | Escherichia Coli 0157 |
| C: Difficile (Bacterium) | Mycobacterium Avium | Salmonella Typhimurium |
| Hepatitis B | Mycobacterium Bovis | Listeria Monocytogenes |
| Hepatitis C | Pseudomonas Aeruginosa | Penicillium spp. |
| HIV | Escherichia Coli | Candida Albicans |
| M. Tuberculosis | Staphylococcus Aureus | Aspergillus Niger |
| Novovirus |
Widely used within the Pathology areas of the NHS, Biocleanse™ is available in Ready to Use, Wipe and Concentrate forms.
Biocleanse™ incorporates many innovative features including:
- Alcohol Free - Biocleanse™ is non flammable, not classified as hazardous and compatible with a wide range of surfaces including plastics, vinyl and rubbers.
- Combined Cleaner/Disinfectant - a single stage cleaning and disinfection process.
- Shelf Life - the active ingredient in Biocleanse™ is stable and does not degrade upon storage, unlike hypochlorite and peroxide based systems, providing a two year shelf life.
- Residual Activity - Independent tests on Biocleanse™ by the Health Protection Agency have proved that surfaces treated with Biocleanse™ retain their Biocidal activity for up to 28 days, unlike Alcohol, Chlorine and Peroxide based chemicals.
Use biocides safely. Always read the label and product information before use.
