Quadralene, the parent company behind Dentisan is an independently owned company that produces a wide range of high-quality, specialised, cleaning detergents and disinfectants for the healthcare, dental, food, automotive and micro-electronics markets. It's clients include the National Health Service, Government Laboratories, Global brand leaders and Industry Specialists. With over 30 years experience in surfactant and disinfectant technology its dedicated R and D team includes a microbiologist and full time chemists. The company primarily focuses on the development of new Intellectual Property and solutions for the Healthcare Sector. Many of the products are used within Clinical Decontamination, Pathology and Microbiology areas of hospitals where performance and proven efficacy is paramount.

The knowledge gained in this area of Healthcare combined with recent changes in Dental Decontamination procedures led to the launch of the Dentisan brand at the British Dental Conference in May 2008. Since then, Dentisan have gained a reputation for providing high quality products and technical support to the Dental industry. Dentisan have a role and responsibility to impart knowledge and provide clarity in the whole area of Infection Control. We are committed to helping Dental Practices navigate their way through recent infection control changes in an effective and efficient manner.

Each team member is able to improve our performance. We will create an environment where new ways of working and creativity are welcome. We will avoid any resistance to change which will inhibit growth and potential.

Everyone makes mistakes. So long as the behaviour is not repeated or deliberate forgiveness will be the norm. We will work together to turn mistakes into beneficial learning experiences. The choice to discipline will not be taken lightly and will be carried out in a just way.

Team members, customers, suppliers and the general public all have a right to be treated fairly. We should treat others as we expect to be treated. We will aim not to work with customers and suppliers who do not embrace this ethic of fairness.

It is essential that we use our resources well (time, materials, abilities). We need to make a profit because we have a responsibility to our workforce, shareholders and the wider community. Without profit we will not be able to continue in business but making money will not be our only consideration.
